I have always thought that gardens are about the most restorative places on earth. What happens there fills me with hope and energy. So the garden is my place to recover, restore and refresh. If I’m having a challenging time I take my worries there. And I inevitably find release to a place of new perspective and new hope. My day has just become more free, more expressed. I’m more thrilled to be alive.
